This Privacy Policy explains how Learn Islam: Islam Quiz (“Learn Islam,” “we,” or “our”) handles information when you use our app. For privacy questions, contact novatechsoft668@gmail.com.

Information we handle

• Account information: When you register or sign in, we process your name, email address, and Firebase Authentication user ID. If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive the account information needed to sign you in. Authentication credentials are handled through Firebase Authentication.
• Wallet and premium quiz information: We store your coin balance, coin transactions, premium quiz unlocks, and related account identifiers in Cloud Firestore so these features work with your account.
• Purchase history: If you buy coins, we store purchase details needed to credit coins and display your purchase history, such as the product ID, purchase identifier, number of coins, and purchase time. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your complete payment card number.
• Quiz progress on your device: Free quiz attempts and progress may be stored locally on your device. This local progress may not transfer to another device.
• Technical information: Firebase services may process technical information needed to provide their services, including IP address, app or device information, and service identifiers. The exact identifiers depend on the services included in the app.

Why we use this information

• To create and manage your account and let you sign in.
• To provide quizzes and display your available features.
• To maintain your coin balance, purchase history, and premium unlocks.
• To help protect accounts and prevent duplicate purchase credits.
• To answer support and account deletion requests.

Services we use

We use Firebase Authentication for sign-in and Cloud Firestore for account-related app data. We use Google Play Billing for in-app coin purchases. These services process information as needed to provide their respective functions. You can read Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's privacy information.

Storage and security

Account, wallet, purchase, and unlock data are stored using Firebase services. Local quiz progress is stored on your device. We use the security features provided by these services and restrict access to account data as needed to operate the app. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Data retention and account deletion

We keep account-related data while your account is active and as needed to provide the app's features. You can request account deletion inside the app through Profile → Delete Account. You can also request deletion from outside the app by emailing novatechsoft668@gmail.com . Mention “Learn Islam account deletion” and the email address used for your account. We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you before processing an email request. Do not send us your password.

When an account is deleted, its Firebase Authentication account and associated wallet, purchase-history, transaction, and premium-unlock records held in the app's Firestore database are removed through the app's deletion process. Local quiz progress is removed when deletion is completed in the app. If you request deletion by email, local data remaining on your device can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. Records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or payment-dispute obligations may be kept only for the period required for that purpose. Google Play may also retain its own purchase records under Google's policies.

Children's privacy

Our app does not ask users to submit sensitive personal information about their religious beliefs. Answers to quiz questions should not be used to infer a user's beliefs. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us using the email address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
