Bseba is a complete multi-vendor POS and business management web application designed for retail shops and growing businesses. The platform includes a dedicated Super Admin Panel where multiple shop accounts can be created, activated, suspended, locked and controlled using subscription expiry dates. Each registered shop receives an independent business dashboard and securely manages its own business records. Shop owners can manage customers, suppliers, products, categories, purchases, sales, stock quantities, customer dues, supplier payables and daily cash transactions. The advanced POS interface supports barcode scanning, product search, discounts, multiple payment methods and fast invoice creation. The system also includes barcode label generation, employee and salary management, profit and loss reports, date-based business analytics, low-stock alerts, data backup and export, shop configuration and account security settings. The entire platform is designed with a clean Bangla-friendly and responsive interface, making business operations easier for shop owners and employees.
The main challenge was developing a secure multi-shop architecture where every shop could independently manage its products, customers, sales, accounts and reports without accessing another shop's data. Accurate stock calculations, customer and supplier dues, cash flow, subscription expiry and profit-loss reporting also needed to remain synchronized.
I developed a multi-tenant and role-protected system that isolates every shop's business data. A centralized Super Admin Panel controls shop registration, subscription validity, account activation and suspension. Each shop receives a complete POS dashboard with dedicated modules for inventory, sales, purchases, accounting, staff, reports, barcode generation and backup.
The final result is a complete multi-vendor business management SaaS that allows multiple shop owners to efficiently manage their daily sales, stock, customers, suppliers, employees and accounts, while the platform owner controls every shop from one centralized Super Admin Panel.
