Madrasa Hisab is a complete Bangla madrasa management software developed to simplify daily academic, administrative and financial operations. The system allows administrators to manage student admissions, student records, teachers, managing committee members, monthly fees, salaries, donations, zakat, income and expenses. It also provides attendance management, student ID cards, financial reports, charts, PDF reporting, madrasa configuration, system settings and SMS API support. The responsive dashboard presents important institutional information in one place, making everyday management faster, easier and more organized.
The Challenge
The main challenge was combining student, teacher, attendance and financial management into one simple Bangla interface while maintaining accurate calculations, structured records and easy report generation.
The Solution
I developed a centralized role-protected management system with dedicated modules for students, teachers, fees, salaries, donations, income, expenses, attendance and reports. A clean responsive dashboard and organized navigation make every important operation easy to access and manage.
